The Pride is a new tag team that has been stacking up victories in the World Wrestling Animorph Federation, led byJagger, a ferocious but inexperienced Leopard-hybrid. Standing in his way is The Duke, the brutal, wolf-hybrid leader of The Pack. Backed by the company’s Machiavellian  president, Tasha Welles, The Pack are not only the current champions, but work behind the scenes to carry out her plan for total domination of a dystopian city-state. When the fight goes outside the ring, only The Pride can stop them!

Included here is the original mini-comic for “The Pride” which I wrote way back in 2000 as part of an animation pitch, with artwork by me, Dan Norton and J.J. Kirby. I have recently redeveloped this property with updated designs, working with character designer Felix Figueroa, all of which are presented here. Also, check out my new animatic in the storyboards section! It’s an updated love letter to anime and videogame culture of the 80’s and 90’s with the intention of invoking a fierce nostalgia!
